Z750 TWIN STREET TRACKER

Hi,
Thought you might be interested in my project, and developments as it comes together over the next few months.
After being inspired by the XR750 look for quite a few years,I decided to build a special.I wanted that retro\modern look, which seems to have become popular through Deus\Wrench monkees.
I was looking for a suitable donor,ie W650 etc,when a mate mentioned a Kawa Z750,liked the look of it,frame wise & the motor was apparently a goodun!
So bought one reasonably & set about chucking everything off it!First job was to delug the frame, great fun with the anglegrinder!Bought a set of Aprilia OZ ali wheels,& set of Aprilia Falco Showa forks, had some ali yokes machined,(It is handy sometimes being an engineer)made a beefier steering stem & new taper roller bearings, also decided to run just one disc on the front so machined off brake lug & blended it in.
Front end pretty sorted, bought some wide bars from Red max and extended them, turned my attention to the backend.Plumbed for a ZZR swingarm, plated the aperture for the shock, sleeved
down the bore, made new swingarm shaft & had shock mounts welded on & fitted a set of original 70's Marazocchi piggy back shocks.
